"ACE Parkway" in Sector 150 can mean a finished building you can inspect today, or a brand-new pre-launch you can only register interest in. Confusing the two is the most expensive mistake a buyer here can make — so here is the honest side-by-side.
The delivered ACE Parkway is a completed residential project at Sector 150, Noida. It launched on 1 July 2017, and after its original 31 December 2021 completion target slipped, it has been reported ready-to-move since June 2023. It carries its own UP-RERA registration — UPRERAPRJ4514 (Phase-1 only). You can walk its finished flats, talk to residents, and buy on the resale market today.
ACE Parkway 2.0 is a separate, new pre-launch project by the same developer in the same sector. Its UP-RERA registration is applied for, not yet issued — so there is no booking, no allotment, and no Agreement for Sale available yet; the only instrument open is a refundable Expression of Interest. It is not a phase, not an extension, and it does not share or inherit the delivered project's RERA number or approvals.

The delivered project's history includes a delay: possession slipped from a 31 December 2021 target to 2022–2023. That is worth knowing for both directions of this decision. It tells you the developer completed and delivered a large project in this exact sector — and it reminds you that pre-launch timelines, including 2.0's, are estimates until a possession date is actually filed with UP-RERA. No date has been filed for 2.0 yet, because registration itself is pending.

No. ACE Parkway 2.0 is an entirely new pre-launch project by ACE Group in Sector 150, with its own UP-RERA registration applied for. The delivered ACE Parkway (launched 1 July 2017, RERA UPRERAPRJ4514) is a separate, already ready-to-move project. The two share a developer and a sector — nothing else, including RERA numbers and approvals.
